REQUIREMENTS unstuck! Development and Management

The number-one reason projects fail is the lack of appropriate, clearly defined, well understood requirements. This seminar uses best practice techniques approved by IEEE and SEI for the development of successful requirements by gathering, eliciting, documenting, and analyzing techniques. The importance of prioritizing, validating, negotiating, and base-lining is emphasized. Best practices are then applied to management of changes to requirements.

What You Will Learn

  • You will learn how to develop and write effective, solid requirements that will drive your project for
    success.
  • You will find out how to efficiently elicit  the right requirements at the right time in the project cycle, reducing project slowdown.
  • You will  understand the vital importance of  prioritizing and validating and refine your skills in base-lining.
  • Finally, you will  discover how to analyze requirements and form an effective and clear requirements document.

How You Will Benefit

Participants will gain a clear understanding of easy steps to develop effective requirements and how to manage changes to these requirements.

You will improve team collaboration, saving you  and your team both time and effort throughout the project cycle.
