This seminar uses best practice techniques approved by IEEE and SEI for the development of successful requirements by gathering, eliciting, documenting, and analyzing techniques. The importance of prioritizing, validating, negotiating, and base-lining is emphasized. Best practices are then applied to management of changes to requirements. What You Will Learn
